About Morning Glory
Morning Glory Inspirational Prayer and Vitamin is a weekly prayer and devotional held every Tuesday from 6:00 AM to 6:15 AM over our conference call line. This ministry is led by our own Prayer Coordinator, Sis. Agnes McGriff.
Each week, a Prayer Leader leads us in praying for our church, our friends and family, and our community. We invite you to dial in and join us in prayer.
Morning Glory Format
As we seek to carry out our weekly prayer time with excellence, we will use the following format as a guideline:
- 6:00 AM - 6:05 AM:
- Greetings from our Prayer Coordinator
- “Inspirational Vitamin” (morning devotional)
- 6:05 AM - 6:15 AM:
- Introduction of the Prayer Leader for the week
- Prayer by the Prayer Leader
- Closing from our Prayer Coordinator
How to Join the Call
Submitting a Prayer Request
or Answered Prayer Testimony
You can submit your prayer requests and answered prayers using our Morning Glory Prayer Request form. Your requests and answered prayer testimonies will be included during our prayer time.
Please note that all requests and answered prayer testimonies must be submitted no later than the Monday every week to be included on the following Tuesday's prayer call.
Additionally, we will not disclose any private or personally identifiable information on the call. Contact us if you have any questions.
Intercessory Prayer
Intercessory Prayer is led by our GVM Mothers. It is open to all and takes place over the phone at 8:30 AM every day except Tuesdays and Sundays. For more details, visit: gvmchurch.org/directions-services/intercessoryprayer.html
