What is the giving number on my statement?
Your giving number is a unique identifier we use to associate all of your giving information in our system.
What is the "Online Processing Cost" fund?
When you donate online and chose to cover the processing fee, the fee amount will be shown as a separate entry titled "Online Processing Cost" on your statement.
What is the Reference column?
Reference numbers are used to identify online transactions and associate fund donations with any covered processing fees.
Why Do Some Entries Not Have a Reference Number?
Some types of donations, like cash, are not assigned a reference number for statements.
how often are statements issued?
Donors with a current email or mailing address on file will receive their annual statement by January 31 for the previous year. Members of our church may also receive a mid-year statement for special giving drives (like Extra Mile) to help track their giving goals.

Submit a request using the form below and someone from our Finance Team will be in touch to confirm the change. Please note: All change of address requests must be submitted by January 1 each year to guarantee the statement will be sent to the new address.
